As you may or may not have seen, I dyed my hair blonde a few weeks ago for summer! I typically only do this once a year just to have a new look for summer. Because with blonde, comes extra maintenance and care so I figured I’d share everything I use to keep my hair healthy and strong. Comment below some of your favorite hair products that you think I should try! I’m always looking for new and/or better products for my hair routine!
1. Redken Color Extend Bondage Purple Shampoo & Conditioner
I love using these two when my hair is blonde to help keep it strong and keep the color vibrant! The purple pigments help remove any brassiness or orange that can sometimes occur over time.
2. Olaplex Bond Maintenance Shampoo & Conditioner
I use these two year round just to strengthen the bonds within my hair and reduce breakage since I use so much heat on my hair. They provide so much moisture to my hair and leaves my hair feeling healthy, shiny, and frizz-free.
3. Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Conditioner
I don’t know what it is about this conditioner but it is AMAZING for the price. I have used it for yearssss and I just can’t let it go. So I usually rotate between this conditioner, the purple conditioner, and Olaplex. Or if I’m feeling risky, I’ll mix all three. 🙂
4. Redken Frizz Dismiss Leave-In Cream
This is a MUST after washing my hair! I love the way it smells and it provides extra moisture to my hair before blow drying. It also helps tame frizz and I need all the frizz protection I can get with this curly hair of mine!
5. Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother
This works hand in hand with the Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner to hydrate, protect, and eliminate frizz! I just like mixing a little with the Redken leave-in and applying before I blow dry.
6. Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum
I always add a drop of this into my two leave-in creams mainly to help speed up my blow-drying time and help my hair be more silky smooth!
7. Olaplex No. 7 Bonding
I also add a few drops of this oil into my pre-blow drying concoction. It’s a heat protectant that also fights frizz, and a little goes a long way!
8. Argan Oil
And lastly, after blow drying and flat ironing my hair, I just add a tiny bit of organ oil to the ends of my hair for a little extra moisture and shine!
I know this may seem like a lot of products to some but I use each product sparingly to ensure my hair doesn’t get too weighed down or greasy feeling. Since my hair is so thick curly hair, I need quite a few products to ensure my hair stays healthy and frizz-free! This routine has been my ride or die for awhile now, and I just switch out a few products here and there depending on my hair needs. 🙂 Now tell me your ride or die products in the comments below! ♡

With havin so much content and articles do
you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement?
My site has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself
or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it
up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any solutions to help
protect against content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
